Northies, get excited: the highly-awaited Punggol Coast Mall has just soft opened, and is slated to host over 120 stores, including a wide variety of F&B, retail, lifestyle and more.

The semi-open air mall features an indoor air-conditioned area and also an outdoor area; with currently 2 levels of the mall open to the public. As the mall is still opening progressively, not all the stores are operational, though more of them are said to be opening from March 2025 onwards, so visitors will have more to look forward to in the coming weeks.

Other stores that are slated to open soon include McDonald’s, FairPrice Finest, Amore Fitness, Sukiya, Sushi Tei, Paradise Hotpot, Mr Coconut, The Better Scoop, Din Tai Fung, Ya Kun, Toast Box, Jollibee, Subway, Skechers and BreadTalk, among others. There’s also an outdoor garden/water feature where plenty of playful macaques have been spotted hanging around, so you might encounter them during your visit.

The general consensus from those who have visited the mall is that the space is pretty big and airy, especially the open-air plaza area that acts as a community space and will most likely be used to host events and activities in future. Punggol Coast Mall is conveniently linked to the new Punggol Coast MRT station and connected to the bus interchange as well.
