You’ve had rösti on its own, with sausage, a sunny side up egg and sour cream—but we bet you’ve never had rösti in a burger form! SEAL is a new café concept by STRETCH (the viral stretchy ice cream joint), offering Singapore’s first ever rösti burgers or Röffles.

Instead of your usual burger buns, the Röffles feature unique freshly-made crispy rösti “buns”, that are made in a waffle maker to achieve that extra crunchy waffled texture. The rösti “buns” are then used to sandwich your choice of burger ingredients: grilled meat, scrambled egg, cheese and sour cream for a one-of-a-kind burger stack.

Choose from Röffle options like the Beef Röffle ($12.80), Lamb Röffle ($12.80), Fish Röffle ($10.80) or Chicken Röffle ($10.80). If you’re not feeling a burger version, they also have regular rösti options like the Steak Dinner ($13.80) or Chicken Dinner ($11.80) that’s served with your choice of meat, waffles, rosti and coleslaw.

Aside from rösti, they’ve also got soft serves and drinks that are served in a can and also sealed (hence the café’s name) so you can pop them open to eat and drink—pretty fun! Signature drinks available include tea, cold brews, coffee and other soft drinks; and you can watch their unique “bubbling” manual coffee machine at work while you’re at it! Highlights from the soft serve menu include the Signature Seal Ice Cream ($6.50), Ice Cream Shake ($8) and more.
