The first-ever Lady M champagne bar has opened in the heart of Singapore! Situated in level three of ION Orchard, the all-new Lady M concept serves an exclusive variety of afternoon tea items, champagne focused experiences and Champagne Mille Crêpes.
Set within an open-concept space with rose gold interiors and two elegant seating arrangements, this bar will offer an array of $14 sandwiches, $12-$18 appetisers, and mains in the form of $40 Chilled Caviar Angel Hair, and $32 Creamy Lobster Fettucine in velvety Alfredo sauce.
Other notable and site-exclusive offerings include the $16 Green Tea Checkers, the brand’s signature $14-$16 Mille Crêpes, the toothsome $14 Strawberry Shortcake, and the latest $25 Champagne Mille Crêpe, which showcase an updated version of the brand’s signature offering infused with Rosé Première Cuvée Extra Brut Bruno Paillard Champagne gelee.
Guests can also expect to see a $60 per pax Signature Weekend Afternoon Tea set for two from 17th July 2021 onwards. This two-tier stand of assorted Lady M pastries will feature curated savoury treats such as the open faced lobster toast served with pickles, truffle cream crab tartlet and Mushroom duxelle vol au vent, alongside the Signature Mille Crêpes as well as Champagne Mille Crêpes, a seasonal cake of the month, a fruit tartlet and pink choux. The tea set will also come complete with a glass of Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée Extra Brut champagne and your choice of tea.
Additional site-exclusive offers include a $32 Champagne Cake Set worth $32, and a la carte champagne by glass worth a minimum of $19.
