The restaurant’s interior is absolutely gorgeous, with exotic tropical and rural-inspired decor and even a private dining room outfitted with a beautiful mural depicting an idyllic scene from a rural village, plus the mythical Sarimanok!
Kubô prides themselves on having a woodfire kitchen, and looks to reimagine the flavours of the Phillipines while celebrating the culture and diversity of ingredients from all over the world. Kubô’s chef is born and raised in the Philippines, and the menu is distinctly Filipino-inspired, with modern elements that will suit the Singaporean palate. On the menu are unique items like Honeycomb Tripe ($14), Sisig ($25), House-aged Duck ($38), Inasal Mid-Wing ($14) and more!
