A luxe KBBQ experience is soon to open in Singapore, and it’s none other than the Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse hailing from New York City and Miami! COTE takes the traditional KBBQ experience to the next level with a contemporary space, refined menu, premium prime beef cuts as well as a stellar curated wine list.

COTE Singapore will be the steakhouse chain’s first international branch outside of the United States, and is set to open at the upcoming Como Orchard hotel slash retail concept. Como is also set to house the famous and highly-anticipated Cédric Grolet Patisserie. As for the food, COTE is best described as a novel marriage between elevated KBBQ and your classic American steakhouse, boasting top-of-the-line beef cuts that are dry-aged, and served with a variety of Korean banchan (side dishes).

While the Singapore menu has yet to be released, we expect to see an extensive seafood and meat selection including premium cuts of American Wagyu, USDA Prime and other Reserve A5 Japanese cuts like Dry Aged Ribeye, Skirt Steak, A5 Kobe Prefecture Ribeye, Grand Cru Galbi, fresh oysters, and perhaps even a caviar service and signature “steak omakase”! You can choose to grill your own meat KBBQ style, or sit back and relax and have the expert servers prepare your meat for you.

To give that Korean flair, there will also be a variety of other dishes and stew you can order alongside your BBQ meats, such as: Kimchi Wagyu “Paella”, Fermented Soy Stew, Dol-Sot Bibimbap, Jan-Chi Somyun, and others. COTE will also be open till 2am daily, great for if you feel like splurging for supper.

As for the interior, guests can look forward to a modern, swanky ambience befitting the chain’s high-end status. The restaurant will feature a cocktail bar and “music room”, perfect for an intimate dinner for special occasions or for socialising as well. COTE Singapore is set to open in the last quarter of 2023, with the exact opening date to be announced.
