Opened 7th April, the residents of North Bridge Road welcomed a new dine-in experience known as Edith Patisserie Cake Bar. Serving up a variety of caffeinated drinks, and desserts, the all-new cake bar features $13 Chocolate Waffles, $13 Mixed Berry Waffles, $4 Honey Soft Serve, $3.50 Double Espresso, $6 Flat White, and $7 Iced Valrhona Mocha, amidst a multitude of rotating and seasonal fresh baked cakes!
Set within a 25-seater-space, the Edith Patisserie Cake Bar showcases a deep forest-green interior complemented by shades of grey and light brown. Complete with an industrial cement finishing, an array of wooden furnishing, this cafe and bakery provides a completely new and unique menu when compared to the slew of neighboring F&B businesses on the ground floor.
Specialising in layered cakes, brownies and tarts for birthdays, weddings and other celebratory events, Edith Patisserie was first established in 2013 as a home-grown bakery. Its physical store along 9 Penang Road, now marks the brand’s second outlet within the same vicinity, with a dine-in seating area, and some outdoor seats.
Topped by fudgy chocolate brownies, chocolate chip cookies, almond rocher cookie sticks, and salted caramel sauce, the $13 Butter Waffles with Chocolate Brownies and Cookies, alongside the café’s lychee rose, and earl grey lavender cakes, boba tarts, mini apple pies with buttery crusts, caramelised apple compote, and demerara sugar, and classic chocolate cake consisting of 66% Valrhona dark chocolate ganache paired together with a moist chocolate sponge, are currently the cafes most notable offerings.
