This new buffet at Orchard takes your regular seafood spread to the next level with a DIY seafood pot where you can pick your favourite seafood, sides and sauce to be made into a hearty and comforting seafood pot (much like a seafood boil) that’s perfect for the cold weather!

Crossroads Buffet’s now serves a dinner buffet with a live Fisherman’s Pot station where you can choose from an assortment of seafood from the seafood on ice section, such as Snow Crab Leg, Poached Lobster, Stone Crab Claw, Half Shell Scallop, Bottleneck Clam, Lobster Claw and more! Pair your selected seafood with your choice of sides like luncheon meat, smoked sausage, corn on the cob or red skinned potato, just to name a couple; and pick your preferred sauce like Singapore Chilli Crab, Cajun Spiced Roast Garlic Butter or Cheesy Cream, and the chef will whip up your seafood pot fresh in front of you!







The DIY Fisherman’s Pot is only available for dinner, and offers an international spread with the likes of cocktail canapes (poached oyster, grilled octopus and sea urchin roe), salads, cold ramen unagi, cold tofu with caviar, marinated jellyfish, charcuterie, live noodle bars, Chinese BBQ, carving stations, hot mains, dessert and more!
