If you’ve been to Japan, you might have tried the famous Gyukatsu Motomura, or at least seen videos of the viral dish: succulent pieces of deep-fried beef cutlets with a rare centre, and grilled to the preferred doneness on personal hot stone grills.
@cinsdaily 📍Gyukatsu Motomura (various locations) – A MUST EAT for any Japan itinerary 🇯🇵 Saw this place raved about all over TikTok so I went and I was not disappointed at all! Perfectly juicy and fatty beef cutlet with a bunch of side dishes which just pair so well as a whole. We went to the Akihabara store at a random time of the day (~4pm) and got so lucky and walked right in, but do expect lines 🥹 Worth trying at least ONCE, but maybe just not when you’re already hangry 😛 #gyukatsumotomura #gyukatsu #beefcutlet #japanbeef #japanmusteat #bestrestaurants #japaneats #japanfood #tokyoeats #tokyoitinerary #japanitinerary #meltinmouth
