Say hello to their Kyoto-style Steam Sushi ($16.90): a unique steamed sushi dish served in a wooden box and a fire lit below to keep it piping hot. This steamed sushi consists of sushi rice as a base, then topped with sweet shrimp, unagi, salmon, scallop and ikura.
