JB has done it yet again with a new addition to their cool café scene, so if you’re looking for a new dessert spot to hit up when you’re across the border, make sure to save this spot! Haha Café & Gelato is a new spot located just 10 minutes away from the checkpoint, and features an aesthetic industrial-inspired interior that looks almost like an art gallery.

The decor is chic and minimalist: concrete grey tones accented by raw and textured accents like exposed concrete walls and brushed surfaces. There’s also pops of colour to brighten up the moody space like a massive larger-than-life silver inflatable ball installation, bold paintings and vibrantly-coloured mismatched furniture—making every corner a photo-worthy spot.

Gelato scoops are also priced affordably, starting from just RM11 (~$3.30 SGD) per scoop, with flavours like Watermelon Lychee, Hazelnut Chocolate, Strawberry Milk, Passion Mango, Coffee Tiramisu, Lemon Lime Basil, Salted Pistachio and more. They’ve also got other menu items like waffles, affogato, matcha drinks, coffee and juices too.
