A couple months back, the news broke that the world-famous Café Kitsuné will be opening its doors right here in Singapore. After the long wait, we finally have a definite opening date for the highly-anticipated grand opening! Mark your calendars as Café Kitsuné will officially be opening at Capitol Singapore on 1st December 2022!
For those who aren’t familiar with the brand, Café Kitsuné is a French-Japanese bistro that was first opened in Paris by music and fashion label Maison Kitsuné—hence the café namesake. Café Kitsune soon gained cult-popularity thanks to their stylish, minimalist and Instagrammable aesthetic. Since its inception in 2022, Café Kitsuné has opened 20 more outlets in famous cities like Seoul, Tokyo, London, New York, Bangkok, Manila and more. While there’s no word on how the Singapore outlet is going to look like, judging by how the decor in each city varies, we’re sure Singapore’s Café Kitsuné is going to be one-of-a-kind.
Café Kitsuné is not only pretty to look at, but they also take much pride in their coffee, with their signature single-origin coffee beans sourced from Brazil and Guatemala. What can you expect to get at the Singapore branch? Definitely look forward to Café Kitsuné’s signature specialty drinks, as well as Japanese-inspired pastries, plus not forgetting their iconic fox-shaped shortbread! You’ll also be able to get some of Café Kitsune’s merchandise like their classic canvas tote bags, printed cups, t-shirts and more.
