New to the dining scene at the Mondrian Singapore Duxton is Bottega di Carna: a gorgeous glasshouse Italian restaurant helmed by the “World’s Greatest Butcher”, Dario Cecchini!

The beautiful and modern space resembles something out of an art gallery or furniture showroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows, plush sofa seats, classy curtains, abstract ceiling art, and lush greenery all around. Thanks to the overhead skylight, the restaurant is also bathed in natural sunlight, making for an absolutely stunning dining experience during the day.

You’ll also get to witness the chefs and bartenders at work through their open kitchen and bar area. Tuck into Italian classics and steak cuts prepared by “The Greatest Butcher in the World”, a celebrated chef who has cooked for big A-list names like Anthony Bourdain, Elton John and even King Charles III.

The star of the menu is the wood-fired beef cuts (from $88) like Stockyard 200-Day Grain-Fed Ribeye, Hokkaido Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, Australian Wagyu Butcher Steak and USDA ‘44 Farms’ Prime Fillet Mignon. Their other Italian mains and starters are also not to be overlooked: Artichoke Tart ($12), Green Lasagna ($28), Branzino Fillet ($48), Roasted Cauliflower ($30) and more.
