If you’re not familiar with The Black Label, they’re a Korean entertainment company under YG Entertainment—one of the top K-Pop agencies in Korea, and also home to K-Pop idols and groups like BLACKPINK, BABYMONSTER, G-Dragon, Treasure and more. The Black Label manages artists like Rosé from BLACKPINK, Taeyang from BigBang, Jeon Somi and Meovv.

For those harbouring dreams of becoming a K-Pop idol, here’s how you can shoot your shot: The Black Label is hosting live on-site auditions here in Singapore only on 25th May 2025. The audition will be for Vocal, Rap and Dance categories (choose only one category); and anyone (men or women) born between 2006 to 2015 is eligible to apply for the audition.

If you’re interested in auditioning, all you have to do is apply online via this form. Note that online applications are open for registration up to 3 days before the actual audition day, but walk-in registrations are also allowed on-site, on the day of the audition itself. The Singapore audition will be held at 10 Square, with exact location and timing details sent to applicants via email. For more details and FAQs on the audition, see here.
