Perfect for sprucing up your Instagram feed and baffling everyone on it, these “fruits” are actually fluffy ganache montée desserts that are painstakingly handmade fresh each day. Made with a chocolate exterior, ganache montée cream interior, and a surprise flowy filling of actual fruit bits, fruit gel, and some herbs or marmalade, there are currently 5 flavours to choose from: Green Apple (RM19 | ~SGD$6.25), Orange (RM21 | ~SGD$6.91), Pear (RM21 | ~SGD$6.91), Passion Fruit (RM23 | ~SGD$7.56), and Lemon (RM23 | ~SGD$7.56).

If you’re cafe-hopping with a large group, Namelaka Patisserie also has an adorably quirky Rubik’s Cube (RM220 | ~SGD$72.37) that’s made up of all their fruit flavours combined. Just make sure to reserve it 3 days in advance, because that’s how long it takes to create this masterpiece!
