Blue Balls Café has a rustic Bali-inspired theme, with brick walls, wood and tropical accents. The entire café is also bike-themed, with countless bikes, and bike parts in various shapes and sizes decorating the space.

The founders of the café are avid cyclists themselves, and wanted to create a welcoming space for cyclists to gather; which is why the café also has numerous bike racks available for cyclists who drop by to park their bikes.
