Tucked away within Beauty World Plaza and helmed by an actual ahjumma (auntie), the rice cakes sold at Bosong are made fresh daily in the traditional and authentic Korean way.
Here you’ll find a plethora of various colourful rice cakes in numerous shapes and sizes—many of which you’re probably not familiar with. Bosong’s rice cakes are 100% vegetarian and do not contain any meat or lard.
Peep the and adorable Flower Tteok that’s great for gifts, as well as colourful Songpyeon, Yeongyang Chal-tteok and Dojang Tteok. For something more familiar, go for their Injeolmi, Red Bean Siru-tteok or Mugwort Jeolpyeon. These rice cakes are available for walk-in purchase for just $5 a box, or if you need more, you can make a preorder (minimum order amount of 500g-2kg applies).
