Here’s another boujee joint for a fancy night out with your friends or a special someone! Sharing a space with Kaarla on the 51st floor of CapitaSpring is Oumi—a unique Australian-Japanese fusion restaurant! Oumi is part of 1-Group, with other restaurants such as Sol & Luna, Bee’s Knees Urban and Kaarla.

Oumi’s focus is on bringing out the best that nature has to offer and highlighting the natural freshness and flavour of ingredients through classic cooking methods. Oumi serves contemporary Japanese Kappo-style cooking and features an open kitchen where guests get to witness their food being made and interact with the chef. To top it all off, Oumi also utilises aromatics and herbs harvested directly from the Oumi garden—the world’s highest food forest!

For lunch, Oumi serves a 4-Course Set Lunch Menu ($65) with items like Kabocha Tofu, Buta Kakuni, Chirashi and more. The a la carte dinner menu includes the likes of Gyutan Yaki ($35), Foie Gras Monaka ($15), seasonal seafood, assorted sashimi and many more!
