Opened for the first time in Singapore on 1st December 2020, Pizzakaya is a Japanese pizzeria which specializes in Western-Japanese fusion creations. Starting out along the ground floor of Vivo City, Pizzakaya’s ‘edible plate’ concept has since expanded to an all-new outlet in the West. Ushering in the grand opening of its second store on 26th April 2021, Pizzakaya invites guests to indulge in an array of whacky, oven-fired goodness!
Showcasing a multitude of out-of-the-box flavours from the Gyudon Pizza loaded with Japanese-style braised beef, sliced red pickled ginger and soft runny onsen egg, to the $19.80 Tokyo Deli Veggie Pizza topped with tomato bean, mixed mushroom, eggplant, red & yellow capsicum, pumpkin, pineapple, lotus root chip, broccoli, green frisee, romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing, the $25.80 scissors-cut Takoyaki Pizza, the $14.80 Ondeh-Ondeh Pizza, and $25.80 Katsu Curry Pizza featuring three chicken katsu fillets stacked on top of mashed potatoes with a piece sliced cheese and Japanese curry.
Characterised by a bold red and white signage, and further accentuated by an abundance of wooden furnishing and design installations, the all-new Pizzakaya outlet in JEM accommodates a total of 120 guests at a time, with a combination of regular and sofa seating arrangements.
