Teng Sheng is pretty underrated, not like the many more illustrious KBBQ restaurants along Tanjong Pagar. Teng Sheng is situated within the ITE College Central, with a spacious seating area in a food court-style setting. The restaurant also has no GST or service charge, so all buffet prices are nett.
