If you didn’t manage to try it during your trip to Korea, fret not, as they’ll be opening their first-ever outlet right here in Singapore!

Known as the “#1 pork cutlet restaurant in Korea”, Tonshou’s unmatched popularity in Korea is evident in the way all 300 of their daily booking slots get snapped up within just 5 minutes. They’re famed for their signature pink-hued pork cutlets made with a unique 4-stage cooking process: low temperature cooking, high temperature cooking, resting and finally, charcoal grilling to achieve their iconic smoky aroma.

On the Singapore menu are Tonshou’s signature tonkatsu items, including Rosu Katsu Set ($25), Hire Katsu Set ($26), Menchi Katsu ($6), Ebi Sando Set ($24) and more. All set items come served with corn soup, rice, cabbage, miso soup, kimchi and house-made sauce. Tonshou Singapore will be soft launching on 9th December 2024 for online reservation only, with walk-ins and reservations available from 20th December 2024 onwards.
