HDL VivoCity has just launched a new free flow DIY Milk Tea bar where you can make unlimited cups of your own milk tea with assorted toppings to enjoy with your hotpot, all for an extra $3 per person. The DIY Milk Tea buffet offers classic milk tea and an array of about 10 different toppings, including black pearls, white pearls, popping boba, red bean, brown sugar crystal balls, oatmeal, jelly and more.
