Love it or hate it: there have been several viral (and controversial) coriander-themed food items that have made their way to Singapore—like coriander chips, lollipops, ice cream and even cake! For the coriander lovers, there’s yet another coriander food item you can try: and it’s none other than the coriander coffee!

@niminthewild move over spring onion coffee…because coriander coffee just dropped 🫢… is there such thing as too much of a good thing? Similar to the viral spring onion coffee, the coriander coffee is topped with freshly-chopped coriander—a pretty shocking visual, to say the least. If you dare, you can find this polarising drink at Coffee Bee, a café and coffee bar in the CBD. Coffee Bee is probably the first-ever place in Singapore to have this Coriander Coffee, and it’s even priced at an affordable $5 a cup.

The Coriander Coffee is available iced, with both black and white/latte options. The coffee is infused with their homemade coriander syrup (that’s a vibrant green in colour, no less) and topped with fresh sprigs of coriander to finish. According to Coffee Bee’s socials, the $5 per cup promotional price for the Coriander Coffee will only be offered for a limited time, though no end date has been specified.
