If you’re an absolute dessert maniac, you’re going to want to check out this new unlimited pastry buffet in Singapore! One 18 Bakery is a popular Muslim-owned artisanal bakery in Singapore, and they’ve just opened a brand new outlet in Bugis with a pastry buffet for $29.90 nett.
The new Pastry Buffet is available all day long, with bakes made fresh in-house daily, and refilled constantly throughout the day. There will be anywhere between 15 to 20 different types of pastries and desserts on display for the buffet, and the spread includes items like croissants, danishes, quiches, cakes, brownies, mousse cups, macarons, madeleines and more.
If you’re already familiar with One 18 Bakery’s bakes, you might recognise some of their popular flavours also included as part of the buffet, just in smaller versions. Must-trys from the buffet spread include their signature sweet and savoury artisanal croissants in flavours like Pistachio, Nutella, Beef Rendang, Sambal Ikan Bilis, Chicken, among others. If we had to pick just a few of our favourites from the spread, they would have to be the Nutella and Beef Rendang ones. There’s also an oven available if you’d like to heat up the pastries before digging in.
Their cakes are also well made and indulgent, especially the Banana cake and chocolate brownies. Even their assorted cream puffs were filled with various fillings, from custard to chocolate and strawberry too—so you definitely have plenty of options to try. To help combat all that sweetness, you can help yourself to a variety of free flow hot coffee from their machine that’s included with the buffet price.
For $29.90 nett per person, the buffet might not be the cheapest in town, but they do offer a decent spread especially if you’re a dessert lover who’s partial to pastries like croissants. Enjoy One 18 Bakery’s Pastry Buffet for a duration of 90 minutes per session, available all day, everyday (except Mondays).
