Halloween at a pasar malam? Eat your way through the spooky season at this new night bazaar happening now at PLQ Plaza! The Halloween Food Fair is probably Singapore’s first ever Halloween-themed pasar malam, and it’ll be on from now till 13th October 2024.

The food fair brings the Halloween vibe to life with Jack-O-Lanterns and eerie “cobwebs” hanging from above, spooky “surprises” like undead or witchy installations, plus black and orange accents all around. The lanterns are also lit up when night falls, bathing the whole space in a haunting orange glow!

For food, you probably won’t be getting any creepy Halloween-themed food items, but you can definitely enjoy some of the usual pasar malam favourites. Some popular food and drink highlights to look out for include sweet potato balls, beef cubes, tornado potato skewers, stinky tofu, assorted fried chicken, Thai moo ping, kueh tutu, Thai milk tea, hand-punched lemon tea and more. There are also barrels that act as tables and seats available for you to dine in.
