This lala spot doesn’t serve the usual broth, they take it up a notch with a special shark bone broth that takes 3 hours to make! Ang Mo Kio Charcoal Lala Claypot is the first in Singapore to serve their lala hotpot with nutritious and milky shark bone broth. Unlike other lala spots, they don’t prepare the claypot tableside, rather the lala is stir fried and the broth is boiled in the kitchen before being brought to your table.
