Furama RiverFront’s Waterfall Lounge is now serving a new “cocktail” mini buffet in the evenings, where you can enjoy unlimited canapés, hot food items, snacks, DIY cheese and salad bar, desserts and even a chocolate fountain with all the works—all at $25++ per person. Note that since this is a mini buffet, you won’t be getting the full spread with cooked dishes or an ice bar like you would at a fully-fledged buffet; but there’s still a decent selection of smaller bites and hot items that could make up a light dinner or supper.

Fixed items from the spread include a chocolate fondue that you can dip into with grapes, strawberries, donuts, waffles and marshmallows; along with assorted cheeses and condiments, a DIY salad and soup bar.

Other items in the spread are set to be on rotation daily, but you can expect items like Beef Reuleaux with Truffle, Cheese Baked Mussels, Crispy Chilli Crab Bun, Risotto Arancini, Duck Rillettes on Roast, Korean Spicy Wings, Fried Gouda Cheese, Garlic Avocado and more. The mini buffet will be available daily from 6pm to 8pm at Furama RiverFront’s Waterfall Lounge from now till 30th September 2024.
