Just like their name suggests, Xiaoyanzi Tomato Hotpot is a tomato specialty hotpot restaurant that’s known for their Signature Fresh Brewed Tomato Broth, a tomato soup base recipe that’s made with a unique blend of not just one but three different types of “premium-grade” tomatoes.

That’s not all—apparently the different tomato types are combined in a 5:1:1 ratio to achieve that perfect blend of tomato flavours that’s said to have a good balance of sweet and tangy.
