The brunch buffet is available every weekend on Saturdays, 12.30pm to 3pm, and you get to enjoy a luscious spread of seafood, meat carvings, artisanal cheeses, dim sum, local favourites, desserts and more. For the seafood fanatics, there’ll be a spread of both fresh and cooked seafood items, including freshly-shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, snow crab legs, Singapore chilli crab, butter king prawns, barramundi in chilli bean sauce, Hong Kong-style seafood boat congee and seafood gratin.

There’s also plenty of meats for the buffet spread, such as classic suckling pig stuffed with glutinous rice, chargrilled Australian ribeye, roasted pipa sesame duck, duck leg confit, roasted French poulet, 80 degree slow cooked pork belly, pepper & mint glazed lamb spare ribs and more. Don’t forget about their indulgent dessert table, with the likes of neslo éclairs, bandung macarons, jackfruit with orange cheesecake, milo dinosaur cake, teh halia shooters, rambutan strawberry tarts and a live croffle station, among others.
