Perhaps both, as the owners of the new Caracara are also the same folks behind some of the most exquisite interior designs for luxury hotels and establishments in Singapore. Every inch of the Japanese-inspired space is stunning and picture-worthy, with a calming wood-themed and rustic vibe.

This place might look like a bar, but it’s actually a coffee house: and they serve some of the most unique “cocktail”-style coffee drinks. Sit by the bar counter for an up close and personal experience with the “bartenders” who will shake up and stir your coffee drinks just like they would at an actual bar!

IG: @iris._.nihao

We’ve never seen coffees presented like at Big Short: with theatrical touches like giant clouds of bubbles, piped foam and even with a giant cube of cocktail ice. Each drink even comes with an individual card explaining the “tasting notes” for each. Some drinks to try include Bee’s Knees ($8), Cherry Peng ($8), Mont Blanc ($8) or Young Harry ($8).
