Did you know that there’s a hidden dessert café in Singapore where you can shop for bespoke clothes? Siyuan Desserts is a newly-opened café in Lavender that not only offers desserts, but also has a custom tailor shop hidden within!
The oriental-inspired café features moody, vintage decor, and they serve traditional Chinese desserts (of course) befitting of the old-school vibe.
Choose from a selection of homemade warm or chilled desserts from $4, with classic options such as: Almond Cream ($4.20), Sesame Paste ($4.20), Orh Nee ($5.50), Cheng Teng with Peach Gum ($5), Mango Sago ($5), Chendol ($4) and more.
The café section of the place is split from the bespoke tailor shop via circular windows, giving you a peek of the tailors hard at work. If you’re looking to get some clothes custom-made for a special occasion or wedding, you can check out Studio HHFZ and make an appointment enquiry here.
You’ll be involved in every step of the customisation process, from the designing, to selecting the fabrics, embellishments and more. They offer a wide range of custom pieces for women, from basic clothes, gowns, wedding dresses, suits and cheongsams. Prices for basic clothing pieces (skirts, shorts, pants, tops etc.) start from $350, while cheongsams start from $820.
