FairPrice Finest has just opened a new outlet at Century Square, with unique new additions and offerings that are a first in the East! Aside from premium goods to shop from the aisles that you won’t find at regular FairPrice outlets, this FairPrice Finest boasts an in-house “restaurant” where you can pick your own fresh produce and seafood to eat on the spot, a bar, ready-to-eat meals and more!
Pick & Cook “restaurant”
An eatery that lets you select your own meat and seafood before cooking? Find it right here at Century Square FairPrice Finest, featuring the only Pick & Cook concept in the East! Choose your preferred cut of meat from the butchery, or select the seafood items you want from the display—and they’ll cook it to order for you according to your preferred style!
You can then have your food piping hot at their dine-in space. All you have to do is pay for the cost price of your selected meat/seafood, plus an additional $8 cooking fee!
They’ve even got live seafood tanks filled with seasonal oysters and Boston lobsters! You can pick your own oysters straight from the tank, bring them to the bar and enjoy freshly-shucked oysters with lemon!
Wine & Cheese Bar
Century Bliss, $15
Grab some artisanal cheese straight from the supermarket displays and enjoy them alongside premium wines at affordable prices! The Grocer Bar also has a fully-fledged bar menu with draft beers on tap, specialty heritage cocktails, wines and more.
