The new takeaway store boasts an extensive sushi display where you can pick and mix your own sushi pieces to DIY your own custom sushi platters, all at super affordable prices.

The new Itacho Sushi Takeaway is conveniently located in Central Singapore, at Junction 8 mall, right next to the entrance of Bishan MRT. The highlight of the takeaway kiosk is their newly-launched self-pick Mix & Match sushi bar, with an extensive array of individual sushi pieces on display. Now you’re not just limited to the pre-packed sushi platters, you can create your own with all your favourites! Simply grab a tray and a pair of tongs and select your sushi pieces from the chiller before bringing your selections over to the counter for payment and packing.

The freshly-made sushi are priced pretty affordably too, with each piece starting from a friendly $0.50 each. There’s plenty of premium options to choose from as well, with sushi like Roasted Scallop with Mentaiko & Caviar Roll ($2), Sea Eel with Crab Stick Salad Roll ($2), Kohada Sushi ($0.70), Unagi & Tamago Roll ($2.50), Jelly Fish with Inari Sushi ($2), Fatty Salmon Sushi ($0.70), Scallop Sushi ($1), Shrimp with Cheese Box Sushi ($1) and more.

Aside from DIY sushi platters, you can also get pre-packed sushi platters, bento boxes, donburi, salads, soba, side dishes, warabi mochi and even sake and liqours!
