This limited-edition Festive Chicken Loaf from Barcook Bakery might look just like a real roast chicken, but it’s actually a massive loaf of bread! That’s right, the Chicken Loaf is shaped to look like a whole chicken, “roasted” to perfection down to the shiny golden colour of its “skin”!
Instead of your traditional stuffing, the Chicken Loaf is filled with a hearty stew made with boneless chicken thigh, potatoes, onions, mixed herbs and black pepper. Simply tear open the loaf and dip into the steaming hot filling with the bread itself! Add this to your Christmas dinner table for a more fuss-free way of enjoying a roast bird, and it’ll even make for some hilarious dinner conversation too!
The Festive Chicken Loaf ($25.90) can feed up to 4 persons, and is available for pre-order at all Barcook outlets from now till 19th December 2023. Collection for pre-orders will be from 22nd to 25th December 2023. Advanced orders are required, with limited quantities available per day, so fastest fingers first!
