The restaurant specialises in Jeju-style pork noodles, and wet-aged Korean BBQ—a method of vacuum sealing meat in a cold water process to make it more tender and flavourful. The Jeju-style noodles and pork rice soup come in a rich, milky broth and tender slices of pork.

If you’re coming in a larger group, you could order the Halla Mountain Braised Pork Spare Rib ($67) that’s inspired by Jeju’s famous Mount Hallasan, the highest peak in South Korea. The dish comes in both spicy and non-spicy versions, with generous servings of fall-of-the-bone tender pork ribs stacked high like a mountain. Unlike usual Korean joints, the restaurant also serves a series of more premium side dishes, like shrimp, okra, braised quail eggs and more.
