Impress your date with a night out along the scenic Boat Quay with JU95’s unique Experience Sharing menu for 2 starting from $99++ per person for 8 courses. The JU95 Experience Sharing for 2 is an omakase-style course meal that starts from $198++ ($99 per person) for 8 courses, or $298++ ($149++ per person) for 12 courses. This sharing experience is only available for dinner.
For the 8-course omakase, you’ll be served a selection of 2 snacks, 3 starters, 1 main and 2 desserts. While for the 12-course omakase, you’ll be served 3 snacks, 4 starters, 2 mains and 3 desserts. Since it is an omakase experience, dishes served will vary with each visit, but items served will come from their dinner menu.
For snacks, you can expect the likes of Rock Oysters, Parfait Ju, Parmesan & Rosemary Churros and Seaweed Potato Pavé, just to name a few. Starters include options like Grilled Cauliflower, Mizuna & Radish Salad, Cold Angel Hair, Hay Smoked Hamachi, Wagyu Tartare, Beef Bak Kut Teh, Grilled Tiger Prawns, Grilled Spanish Octopus and others.
For the mains, you can look forward to Iberico Pork Rack, Australian Lamb Rump, Grilled Tiger Grouper, Wagyu Hanging Tender, Grilled Baby Squid Donabe or Grilled Hamachi Collar. Afterwards, head over to JU95’s Random Cocktail Generator (first-ever in the world!) for a tipple to end off the meal on a high. You’ll be presented with 3 choices at the “gachapon” machine, each offering a different price: EZPZ ($19.50), Normal ($23) and Get Rekt ($26). Once you’ve picked your poison, sit back and let the generator surprise you with a bespoke drink!
