Here’s what you can expect at the buffet, with unlimited orders of over 20 signature dishes, including premium items like Deep-Fried Soon Hock Fish, Steamed Live Prawn with Chinese Wine, Chilled Fresh Scallop with Fresh Fruits, Roasted Crispy Pork, Smoked Duck, Stir-Fried Broccoli with Crab Roe Sauce and more!
That’s not all: if you’re having the buffet on weekdays from Mondays to Thursdays, you’ll also get complimentary Roasted Peking Duck (limited to 1 portion per diner, while stocks last)! Other items to look forward to from the à la carte buffet include appetizers like Crispy Salmon Fish Skin, meats like Deep-Fried Chicken Steak, Sautéed Sweet and Sour Pork, Steamed Pa Ting Fish, Lao Gan Ma Bean Chilli Fried Rice, Hor Fun with Live Prawn in Egg Gravy, plus a selection of chilled desserts like Fresh Mango Sago with Pomelo, Osmanthus Jelly and Warm Green Bean Soup.
