RISE focuses mainly on Southeast Asian fare from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, with classic dishes like Ayam Buah Keluak, Singapore Chilli Crab, Thai Green Curry, Vietnamese Pho, Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang and more. That’s not all—they even have live chef stations where you can get seasonal carvings like New Zealand Saltmarsh Lamb, Australian Stanbroke Beef, responsibly sourced seafood and more.
Feast on all that glorious food while basking in RISE’s gorgeous, lush nature-themed interior that provides a tranquil and soothing ambience.if you need some time to digest, take a walk around the restaurant’s in-house Herb Garden, where you’ll be able to see some of the edible plants that are cultivated and harvested for use by the restaurant.
