Even at such an pocket-friendly price point, 2280 Burger does not skimp on the quality: patties are made from the neck cut of beef, mixed with “beef garum”, blast frozen and cooked immediately on the grill for maximum juiciness and beefy, umami flavour. 2280 Burger even takes into consideration the stacking sequence of burgers, choosing to eliminate the layer of vegetables and instead replace them with a smear of brown butter to prevent the buns from soaking up the meat juices and getting soggy.
