Sandrian Tan is yet another Masterchef success story: after taking part in the first season of Masterchef Asia in 2015, she decided to put her skills to good use by baking for her friends and family.

This baking hobby turned into a full-fledged home-based business with The Tartlery, which she hopes will eventually grow into an actual physical store. As she’s just starting out and is the only one running making the tarts, she currently only has 6 different tarts on the menu, with flavours changing seasonally.

The 8cm tarts are gorgeously and meticulously made, with premium ingredients air-flown into Singapore from all around the world. The tarts also have quirky names: Samsara, Holy Lemon, Stonehenge, Grape Kobo, Peary Christmas and Mont Timah.
