An all-new bread-centric café has opened up along Yio Chu Kang Road. Set within the Space condo of Kovan’s residential district, the Bread Rack specializes in premium homemade bakes, in the form of $5.50 Seeded Sourdough, and the $4.50 Walnut and Cranberry Sourdough pastries.
Made from laminated dough, the Bread Rack showcases a variety of viennoiserie classics, such as a $4 Butter Croissant, and $4.80 Almond Croissant. Complete with a diverse selection of ever-changing weekly specials in the form of a Caramelised Garlic Herbed Focaccia and a Salted Caramel Cube Croissant, worth $4.80, the café also features seasonal pastries, fit for every holiday.
Supplemented by an array of piping hot coffees and thirst-quenching fresh juices and flavourful sodas, for an average price of $3.90 to $7.50.
