Their menu offers many options of delicious ramen, and the classics would include the Shiromaru Motoaji or Akamaru Shinaji ramen. IPPUDO is also promoting their limited edition – Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam Ramen ($25++) – a special dish created in joint-partnership with local veteran actor, Li Nanxing! This locally inspired ramen is a combination of IPPUDO’s classic tonkotsu broth, incorporated with garlic oil, sambal and Dried scallop Hae Bee Hiam paste.
