Good news for gaming fans – IKEA has partnered up with ASUS Republic of Gaming to launch a line of “affordable gaming furniture accessories”.
ROG has been known to make some of the best hardware for PC Gaming, so this is definitely an exciting partnership for gamers to look forward to.
The starting lineup of the collaboration will feature 30 products. While the exact details on the launch have not yet been released, it is expected that the companies will work together to release a series of gaming desks and chairs.
While this is not the first time a furniture production company has ventured into gaming products, IKEA hopes to stand out with its unique “cross-demographic” value – its new gaming line will blend in with the existing range of furniture to form a cohesive whole.
The range is expected to launch in China in February 2021, and in the United States by October 2021. Fans in Singapore may have to wait a while longer, though we’re sure it’ll be worth it. Here’s to finally getting that ultra-comfortable gaming chair you’ve always wanted at an affordable price!
