In an effort to embrace diversity of skin colours, Johnson & Johnson’s BAND-AID® had announced their new range of bandages with brown and black shades.
These new shades of BAND-AIDS are expanded to accommodate skin colours beyond white, and will include light, medium, and deep shades of brown and black skin tones. Furthermore, BAND-AID® will also be making a US$100,000 donation to the Black Lives Matter movement, on top of the US$10,000,000 donated by its parent company, Johnson & Johnson.
