Unlike their predecessor, the Segway, the popularity of Hoverboards and Boostboards gained traction almost instantaneously and have become the latest must-haves. Many celebrities including Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner and Chris Brown were also seen trying these electric-powered devices.
It is fast becoming the go-to choice for alternative transportation and can be seen everywhere from the city sidewalks, to the malls and on many Youtube and Vine videos.
