Talking about secret bars, Don Ho is pretty much like the secret brunch spot. Previously you had to enter the bar from the street at the back, but now Don Ho is only accessible from Loloku, a poké bowl store on the first floor The Working Capitol Building. While Don Ho started out as a bar selling fusion food and creative cocktails, they’ve since branched out into a splendid brunch menu on the weekends.

The tropical cosy bar is inspired by Hawaii as its namesake is Hawaiian musician Don Ho. The brunch menu however leans towards the fare you get at Australian cafes. Expect dishes like Hot Smoked Salmon with potatoes and poached eggs, Slow Cooked Eggs that comes with brioche toast and Brioche French Toast. Complement your meal with some healthy smoothies and coffees so that you can get that #flatlay shot with Don Ho’s marble tabletops as a backdrop.
