No muttons served – only caramelised char siew, roast duck and more roasts

The wait is finally over! Fook Kin, conveniently situated in Orchard, is a new and modern Chinese roast meat restaurant co-owned by Singapore’s popular deejays – ‘The Muttons’ aka Justin Ang and Vernon A!
As huge fans of roasts themselves, they have teamed up with the very famous hawker stall Roast Paradise to open this cheekily-named Fook Kin that mainly serves Kuala Lumpur-style Cantonese roast meats.

With a chic and retro vibe, Fook Kin is a feast for the eyes. Nostalgic yet modern at the same time, it boasts oriental elements like bird cages and metal shutters, and hipster touches like murals and neon lights.

Fook Kin offers a wide array of Cantonese foods at affordable prices! This includes the Muttons’ personal favourite ‘Caramelized Char Siew’, which was revamped by the experts from Roast Paradise and is currently a best-seller.

Another crowd-pleaser is the Golden Crackling Siew Yoke, which is coated with a “secret sauce”. The roasts at Fook Kin are priced at $6.80 for small portions, and goes up to $65 for extra-large portions.
