7. Teochew Clan
@eatuntilburst i am very critical of places with very long waitlists (it’s usually marketing scam esp for home dining) but this lived up to my expectations 😩 i grew up eating teochew food, so i wasn’t sure how good it can be compared to what i eat on a daily basis. chef managed to take the essence of everyday teochew food and elevated it. the amount of work put into the food is incredibly tedious, and i enjoyed every bite of it #sgfoodie #teochewfood
Tiktok: @eatuntilburst

Look forward to familiar dishes executed with a contemporary twist like Chye Poh Kway Teow, Orh Nee, Chwee Kueh, Apple Soup, Braised Duck, Clams with Dog Fennel, Yong Tau Fu and more. Teochew Clan is known to have a months-long waitlist for a private dining slot, so make sure to DM them on Instagram.
