While the pasta is only available at the bistro beneath, the rooftop bar offers pizzas, Cicchetti, light Southeast Asian bites, as well as a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at affordable prices. Pizzas cost about $21 – $25, most of the items on the menu don’t go above $20, and they have Happy Hour promotions daily from 9PM – 1AM every Sunday – Thursday, and 12.30AM – 1.30AM from Fri – Sat!

If oysters and champagne sound wonderful to you, look no further than Southbridge – an underrated gem with oysters on Happy Hour and one of the best 360° view of the Singapore River and Marina Bay Sands – especially when coupled with the latter’s laser light show.

A perfect place to catch the sunset, their Happy Hour promotion stretches from 5PM – 8PM on weekdays. During then, their Signature Oysters go for just $20 (U.P. $24) per half dozen, and a selection of beers, spirits, and champagne get their prices slashed as well.

For those of you who prefer your oysters cooked, Southbridge also serves hot oysters with indulgent toppings like Avruga caviar, fresh cheddar, and smoked bacon. Not many are aware that there’s a rooftop bar at HarbourFront’s Bay Hotel Singapore, but Propeller is home to killer views of the Keppel Harbour, Sentosa, and MBS all at once.
