2. Mother of All Brunches @ Xperience Restaurant SO Sofitel

While this brunch offering is not exactly a buffet, it comes with a towering mountain of food that includes starters, salads, mains, and even desserts. First of its kind in Singapore, the Mother of All Brunches happens every Saturday from 12pm to 2pm.

Prices start from $88 (serves 2-3) for the Medium Brunch Tower which features various starters and sides, beef sliders, and pancakes for desserts. Bigger towers that serve up to 5 pax go from $120 to $268, and you can even offer ones that only feature seafood ($120) or dessert ($40). For most of the towers, the price for each diner goes for just $35++! Top up $48++ for 2 hours of free-flow beer, wine, and prosecco.

3. Manhattan @ Regent Singapore

Manhattan’s Sunday Cocktail Brunch is Singapore’s first adults-only fine-dining brunch and features a free-flow of cocktails, beers, and wines from 12pm to 3pm. The restaurant and bar is consistently rated as one of the finest on Asia’s Top Bars List, and diners may spoil themselves with choices from a large collection of creative mixes, with features such as the Boozy Milkshake.

Colony’s Sunday Champagne Brunch goes from 12pm to 3pm and features unlimited pours from Champagne Barons de Rothschild on top of free-flow house pours, cocktails, craft beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. Dishes are served straight to the table from their various stations such as the Ice Bar and the extensive Grill Station.

Edge is finally reopening on 28th August! Their a-la-carte buffets feature a large selection of cuisines that range from European to Japanese, including some local favourites as well! In addition to brunch/lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm, Edge also hosts dinner buffets from 6pm to 10pm every Friday to Sunday.
