The 8-course lunch includes a seasonal menu of 7 various seafood and meat-centric dishes, before ending off with one of Umami 10’s signature homemade desserts. Items offered as part of the omakase course changes frequently, but examples of items served at past omakases include Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Steak, Japanese Fresh Oyster with Uni and Ikura, Spanish Gambas, Scallop Carpaccio, Tuna Flower, Agedashi Tofu with Uni and Caviar, 3-Liquor Tiramisu and more.

Umami 10’s space is great as a romantic date spot or even as a casual lunch affair, with moody and intimate vibes, plus an open kitchen where you can see all the action. The lunch omakase is only available on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 11.30am-2pm; and walk-ins are welcome (subject to availability).
